Dr. Lee has studied the protein and antibody engineering. My main researches include 1) non-antibody protein scaffold based on Kringle domain, 2) engineering and discovery of antibody Fab domain to obtain antigen-binding activity, and 3) engineering of antibody Fc domain to study the immune response of antibodies or/and to maximize the therapeutic efficacy of antibodies by improving pharmacokinetics of antibody.
